Yes. Mesob is a flat monthly subscription. Payments through Telebirr, Chapa, cards and cash settle to your merchant account, and we do not take a percentage of food sales.
What does the 14-day free trial include?
You get 14 days on the plan you pick — Starter, Professional or Enterprise — with exactly that plan's modules, so you can run the real workflow before paying. No card is required to start. At the end of the trial you choose a plan or walk away.
What is the one-time setup fee?
Setup covers bilingual menu design, QR code design, acrylic table stands and printed menus. Each plan has a preset starting quantity, and the setup calculator prices extra designs, stands or prints before anything is produced.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing is 20% cheaper than twelve monthly payments and is charged once per year. You can switch between monthly and annual at renewal, and your plan limits stay the same.
Can I add a module without changing plans?
Yes. Build a custom plan in the calculator, and we charge the lower of the à la carte total or the cheapest bundle that covers your selection. Modules can be changed as your service changes.
What happens after the founder term ends?
Founder seats run for 5 years at the locked rate. After that you can renew at the standard Enterprise rate or move to whichever plan fits the business at the time. Founder seats are limited to 10 restaurants and are non-transferable.
